Zumba

Latin & hip-hop inspired dance fitness classes that incorporate international and pop music creating a dynamic, fun-filled workout.

Cycle

60 min

Takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.

BodyPump

60 min

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

Yoga

A series of poses that combine breathing, flexibility, strength, balance and meditation.

Aqua

Aqua aerobics classes, or swimming pool exercises, are a great way to get fit without the usual risks of injury and pain associated with conventional aerobics classes.

A dynamic, fun-filled, cardiovascular workout that utilizes an elevated platform (step) and a variety of step combinations and upper body movement for burning calories and strengthening muscles.

D-Fit

D-Fit is Dynamic Fitness’s newest innovative workout routine! Our program is a structured group setting, taught completely by one of our experienced master trainers. This class is fee-based.
