What comes with the Dynamic Results program?

One on One Personalized Training Program

You'll meet one-on-one with your own personal trainer, who will work with you to design an exercise program that meets your specific needs. Our goal is for you to reach yours, and our trainers do their best to get you there.

Professional Results Tracking Program

We use the Visual Fitness Planner program, which allows you to visually see your transformation before, during, and after it happens. You'll also get a weekly report updating you on your progress.

Nutritional & Supplementation Guidance

Your trainer will work with you to create a nutrition program that complements your workout routine, and will recommend any supplements they think you should take.

4 to 5 Weeks of Professional Evaluation

Your personal trainer will analyze your results and continue to customize your program accordingly. You'll be right on the right track to get the results you're looking for.

All Access to Our DFIT Team Training

Besides just working individually with a personal trainer, you can join one of our group personal training sessions. These will give you the chance to work out alongside other gym goers that are also passionate about getting in shape.

How does it work?

Our Visual Fitness Planner will outline the process.

During your first visit for the Dynamic Results program, you’ll become acquainted with our Visual Fitness Planner by a fitness manager. It initially produces an image that characterizes what your body is currently like, as well as how it will change through every stage of the process with your personal trainer. You can also use this time to ask any questions or address anxieties and goals.

Every week, you’ll receive development reports by email while you work through your regime with your personal trainer. This way, you can easily view the numbers of just how much your body has improved by looking online.

Personalized Routines

We know that there’s never a “one-size-fits-all” approach to personal training, so we’ll make sure to create a routine that suits you. Your personal trainer will work with you to make your very own nutrition and workout schedule.

This is evident by the two different Dynamic Results workout schedules below. They were made with two completely unique customers in mind, and yet they’re both proven to produce results.

Weight Loss Program

This program was created for a man in his late 20s who had gotten seriously out of shape during and after college.

  • Elliptical

    Since the treadmill can be hard on joints but we still needed a robust cardio workout, the elliptical was the best choice.

  • Bicycle Crunches

    Bicycle crunches help build up out-of-practice core muscles.

  • Squats

    Squats strengthen leg muscles and shape problem areas.

Strength Building Program

This program was created for a lady in her 70s who wanted to build up her strength.

  • High-Rep Bicep Curls

    To avoid the risks that come with hand weights, we trained using resistance bands instead.

  • Swimmers

    Swimmers exercise hamstrings, glutes, and core muscles. This exercise also kept the client close to the floor, so there was no danger of falls.

  • Kickbacks

    Kickbacks, another floor-based exercise, help maintain leg and core muscles.
