Zumba

Latin & hip-hop inspired dance fitness classes that incorporate international and pop music creating a dynamic, fun-filled workout.

Cycle

  • Easy

Takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.

BodyPump

  • Hard
60 min

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

Yoga

  • Easy

A series of poses that combine breathing, flexibility, strength, balance and meditation.

Step

  • Easy
60 min

Cardio workout that consists of choreographed step patterns. You will definitely challenge your body while burning off those calories. The workout intensity is determined by speed, travel, and more.

Kickboxing

The Pearland Kickboxing classes offers a circuit training routine with balance, coordination and strength moves of boxing and kickboxing. This class will give you a full body workout, incorporating your legs and arms.

Bootcamp

Offered to members only, our Pearland Bootcamp workouts offers various programs including Core Training, Strength Training, Endurance Training, Flexibility Enhancement, and Nutritional Tips.

Abs

Some of the hardest muscles to target and conquer. Let us help you work them in the most effective and fun way possible. Learn new ways to flatten your tummy and shape your stomach for bathing suit season.

Kid Fitness

An important class because childhood obesity is on the rise. Get your kids involved in fitness early. Our certified Group Fitness Trainers will get your kids moving in this 45-minute class.

Pilates

In Pilates we practice the Pilates principles; control, fluid movement, breathing, concentration, stability and postural alignment. The focus is on breathing and core strengthening. Pilates can be very challenging so we offer many modifications within the exercises so everyone can participate.

CXWorx

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body.
