Zumba

Latin & hip-hop inspired dance fitness classes that incorporate international and pop music creating a dynamic, fun-filled workout.

Cycle

60 min

Takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.

BodyPump

60 min

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

Bootcamp

Offered to members only, our Pearland Bootcamp workouts offers various programs including Core Training, Strength Training, Endurance Training, Flexibility Enhancement, and Nutritional Tips.

BodyCombat

Bodycombat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Kickboxing, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. This class takes Latin-inspired dance moves and works them together into a full-body workout.
