Our Innovative Fitness Program

D-Fit enables you to quickly achieve your fitness goals with all the benefits of a dedicated master trainer and camaraderie of other passionate individuals! You’ll love the motivation that comes with intense group exercises. Most importantly, our master trainer will give individual attention to each participant and create the best workout experience.

With affordable monthly pricing, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t try this brand new type of personal training! Currently, we have three workout sessions a week that run for about an hour each. Our D-Fit program is available at all four of our Dynamic Fitness locations.
