My name is Tanya Williams and I have been a member for well over a year now. It wasn't until in the late fall, last year that I decided to take my fitness goal to the next level by teaming up with a trainer. I have had the pleasure of training with Mark Alger who has not only helped me achieve the body I wanted, but he was a driving force and main tool that aided me in achieving so much more. I recently participated in the Drop Zone Physique Bodybuilding Competition in Stafford,Tx. Not only did I win 4th place in my first EVER bodybuilding competition for women's short figure open division, but also 1st place in the women's short figure masters division and won figure masters overall. To which I may add, I got my first Pro Card!!!

I could not be more ecstatic about what I have accomplished so far, but I know that it was my love for being fit, going to a gym I love and having a coach such as Mark that made all the difference in the world to me. I just wanted to say thank you for having such an AMAZING STAFF OF TRAINERS and even the folks behind the counter that I have always greeted me as if I were "home" and not just an overpriced gym with nothing more to show for it than it's name! (That will remain nameless.)

I am including my picture from one of the photographers that was there, so you can see the results. I still can't believe all that has happened and what is more can't believe that I came in weighing close to 150lbs at 40+% BODY fat, down to 120lbs at 13% BODY fat. For someone who is only 5'2 that makes a huge difference in how I felt everyday. Now I have more energy. I feel better and look awesome! Thank you again for being here. I could not have done it without you.

I have been working out with David Thompson for 10 months, in my time with David he has turned my life totally around. I went from weighing 270 lbs to 218 lbs which I never could image getting back to this to that point when I started. My goal is to get down to 200 lbs, which with help of David I am sure that I can reach. He not only helped we with muscle building, but also health eating habits and a total life change that will lead me to a better and longer life. I tell everyone I come in contact with that David was a major part of my change. I am totally great full with the total commitment of David as my trainer. I am a witness that anyone that chooses David as a trainer will not regret the decision they make.

Thank you for the confidence and the renewing of my physical and mental success of helping me get my body back. The following is my input on your training style and techniques.

For the past 6 years, I have had many different trainer's and boxing coaches to assist me in rehabbing my body back. Since then during this past year, I was lucky to cross paths with Ms. Tiffany Roubert and blessed to be able to work with her. She has inspired Me to continue to maintain my weight loss and living a healthy lifestyle. Her motivation of pushing me to excel through various, challenging exercises and drills have successfully helped me to loss over 100 pounds. My speed and strength has also improved. I thank her for her professionalism, unique training styles and the confidence that she believes in me. She is highly recommended and by far "ONE OF THE BEST".

Thank you for everything you guys have done and for always making me feel welcome. I'd never used a personal trainer before in my life; actually I had never stepped into a gym. So needless to say I was in pretty bad shape. After reaching my highest weight in my life I decided it was time for a change, so I went to Dynamic Fitness Gym, signed up and got myself a personal trainer.

Jack Owens, thank you for everything you have done for me. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have you as my trainer. When I first met you I was very unhappy with myself and to be honest I was physically a wreck. Your infinite patience, guidance and 100% supportive nature helped me overcome obstacles I never could've on my own. You actually believed in me and didn't give up. We have worked together for 2 months now and so far I have gone down from 152lbs to 140lbs, losing 12lbs and 7" of my waist from 34" to 27". My body fat has decreased from 33% when I first started to 22.5%.

I can only give you my sincerest thanks in return for all you have taught me. It has been a very rewarding experience and I would recommend it to anyone who has a desire to live life to the fullest.

I am a 64 year old women with multiple physical problems, to include a total knee replacement (10yrs old), Rheumatoid Arthritis, a sever Vestibular Disorder, and Osteoporosis. I joined Dynamic Fitness in October 2009 and have been working with a Personal Trainer for over two years now. The results have been amazing…even my physician is very impressed. My bone density has gone from below normal to above normal, which means my Osteoporosis has been resolved. Exercise has made the difference. My lean muscle mass has increased significantly and my balance has improved. These are just a few of the benefits I have reaped from my training and work at Dynamic Fitness. The gym is a great place to work out, just let me say… I am very particular what gym I go to. Dynamic Fitness is 'clean', equipment is well maintained, and the personnel are gracious. Cleanliness is extremely important to me. I also love the layout of the gym…I never feel people are on top of me or that I have to wait for a piece of equipment. I love Dynamic Fitness!!!

My name is Rita T. Renfro and I have been a member of Dynamic Fitness since it opened over two years ago. My experience has been very positive and good. I love Dynamic Fitness because the place is beautiful, the ambiance is wonderful, there are great teachers as well as good personal trainers. The gym is maintained very well. I met and became friends with a lot of new people and reunited with some people I had met at other gyms who also joined.

After doing a lot of the group exercise classes and using cardio equipment, I discovered the wonderful world of Zumba which I fell in love with. Zumba is the choice I made as my cardio group exercise. It is so much fun and helps to keep me physically in shape. I love to sweat and the class does it for me. Not to say the other classes were not beneficial to me but this is the class that works for me. I also spend time doing my weight training using the seated machines on one of my two days on the gym floor. The other day on the gym floor is spent doing my core work, such as pushups, sit ups, planks, bridge using the balance ball and then using the dumb bells to maintain my upper and lower body muscles. The best thing about Dynamic Fitness is that you never have to worry about not having good equipment to use. There is an abundance of great equipment to use.

I was born May 21, 1940 and I am example that you can be any age and still maintain a healthy body and remain strong. I am well known in the gym world because I try to be an example that if you make a commitment to use your membership it will pay off. Two key words are commitment and persistence.
